For all orders over £200, we offer free worldwide delivery.

We now ship worldwide. All prices shown on Iggy & Burt include the applicable VAT rate. For any queries regarding VAT, please contact HM Customs at

Please ensure to check your billing address, if it is incorrect we may not be able to process your order and you may incur additional costs to you debit/credit card. 

We will be unable to deliver to a P.O Box and we will need a property address and contact number for delivery.


Please be aware that you may now be subject to import duties when ordering from Iggy & Burt. We are a British company based in London and you may be charged to collect your item.


We offer free returns for the UK only with Royal Mail and you can return all packages with Royal Mail here.

Please take all returned packages to your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage. 

Please ensure that all labels and and original packaging is intact for a return.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please complete the returns form included in your package.

We endeavour to work through all returns quickly but please allow at least 5 working days for processing.

Returns will not be accepted to our studio address.

International Returns. 

Please return your items via your local postal service to the below address using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance. Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed upon receipt.

Returns will not be accepted to our studio address.

UK Exchanges

We offer free UK exchanges upon receipt of your returned item, provided that the new size is in stock, we will contact you if we are unable to provide an exchange for any reason. 

International Exchanges

At this time we do not offer international exchanges, please re-order your item online for the quickest delivery.

Faulty Items

We offer a full refund on shipping cost and item cost if your jumper is faulty for international and UK customers. Please contact customerservice@iggyandburt with your order number, pictures and details of your faulty item and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

Undelivered Items

If, for any reason the courier/ postal service was not able to deliver your item, it will be held with them for a certain period of time ready for re-delivery or collection. If uncollected items exceed the limit they will be returned to us and we will notify you and refund the item.
