The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to purchases made from the Iggy & Burt website: www.iggyandburt.com.
You are accepting of these terms and conditions when you make a purchase from Iggy & Burt. These terms may change from time to time, so please do check back, as they will be effective once published on the website and will then apply to all new orders.
Please give these terms and conditions a read before purchasing any goods.
If you have any enquiries about anything on the website please contact us via our Contact Us page.
We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and correct. And will resolve all information errors on the website as soon as possible.
If you feel that an error has affected your purchase please contact us via our contact page and you will be answered swiftly. However, we stress that this does not admit liability on Iggy & Burt’s behalf.
Shopping with Iggy & Burt
Please be aware that:
- Sizes and measurements are approximate
- All goods are subject to availability
- Delivery times are estimates
- Goods and promotions offered on our website may not always be available.
Please ensure that your login and password and all other details from your account are confidential at all times as this is your responsibility.
Once you have chosen your product and have added it to your shopping cart, enter your account details including your address and preferable payment option.
Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address provided, which will contain all your order details including your order number.
This e-mail is only an acknowledgment that your order has been received only.
An order dispatch e-mail will be sent your account will show that payment has been taken from your cred/ debit card. This is confirmation that your items have been sent. At this point we have checked our stocks to ensure we have the order for you. Iggy & Burt will then have agreed to a contract with you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

We currently only ship to the UK and within the EU. Worldwide shipping will be coming soon. All prices shown on Iggy & Burt include the applicable VAT rate. For any queries regarding VAT, please contact HM Customs at hmrc.gov.uk/vat.
Please ensure to check your billing address, if it is incorrect we may not be able to process your order and you may incur additional costs to you debit/credit card.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount that is running on the website.
Returns
We ask that all items should be returned with all Iggy & Burt labelling still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer or refused refund.
In case of any dispute, please retain proof of sending.
We adhere to a 14-day return time for a full refund or exchange if receipt is within the returned parcel.

Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are products that have been received damaged or where there is a clear manufacturing fault.
Any wear and tear damage on products do not fall under faulty goods.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item you can exchange for the same style, size and colour in which you purchased the original item. If the same product is not available and the item has been assessed as faulty a full refund will be provided.
Mailing Subscription
To be on our mailing list, please enter your e-mail in the subscription section on our homepage. To unsubscribe please follow link on the e-mail.
Product Representation
Product details, descriptions, colours and sizes are shown on the website as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on your computer screen, so colours may differ. Sale items or anything on our vintage section will have a wear and tear description.

You acknowledge and agree that all contents on this website, including but not limited to graphics, texts, video, logos, audio, icons, images, photographs and any material rights is the property of Iggy and Burt Limited.
You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, copy, download, publish, sell or advertise products or services contained within this website.

Using the Iggy & Burt website and its contents will grant you no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks, designs and all other intellectual property material relating to our website content.
Any reproduction or redistribution to our website content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Content is defined as any photographs, text, music, sounds, video and photographs.

Any links to third party websites is included for your convenience. These links and resources are operated by parties other than Iggy & Burt. All the terms and conditions and policies along with the purchases of items will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Disclaimer
Our products are mostly made from natural materials, so our styles may vary slightly in colour, all jumpers may be machine washable but only on a delicate cycle or wool cycle at no higher temperature than 30 degrees, the colder the wash the better.
